Mold Inspections
Visual Mold inspections include a detailed inspection of your building with the goal of finding areas conducive to current or future mold growth. This includes the use of diagnostic tools such as thermal imaging, moisture meters, hygrometers and borescopes. After the inspection a report will be compiled with all of our findings.
Inspections are priced by the sqft. and on average take approximately 2 hours onsite.
Air Sampling
We use industry leading pumps to accurately sample your indoor air, perform a limited visual inspection, overnight ship your samples to an AIHA accredited laboratory for reading and measurement. Results include our finalized custom report with:
Spore genus and counts
Professional mold inspector interpretation
MoldScore
Informational material
Recommendations on how/where to proceed with remediation when applicable
Direct Sampling
Have you found mold in your home or business and would like to know what kind it is? We offer direct sampling or "tape lifts” to identify mold and determine growth stage.

Mold Testing FAQ’s
-
We recommend indoor air quality testing for everyone, however some of the most common reasons for testing include...
Purchasing a new home or building.
Environmental related health problems or mold sensitivity.
Known or suspicion of previous water intrusion.
-
Mold is all around us, spores spread through the air, enters our home and settles on surfaces. However, for mold to grow indoors the spores need a specific environment. For most of us, if we can control indoor moisture we can control mold growth. Mold is most likely to only be found indoors growing in high humidity areas and areas where water has leaked/intruded.
-
We strive to provide the fastest possible services we can. Turnaround times on inspections will typically be same or next day. Full reports on air/direct sampling takes 3-5 business days as we have to await lab results to build you an interpretation report.
-
When you make an appointment for mold air sampling we will provide you with pre sampling instructions. Air sampling is a sensitive test and we want to provide our client's with the most accurate "snapshot" we can.
